CBSE Class 12 Term 1 Business Studies: The Central Council for Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 Business Studies Paper will start at 11:30 a.m. today. Students taking the exam must report to the exam center at 11:00 a.m. It is compulsory to carry a term 1 CBSE admission card and to follow the guidelines mentioned on the admission card. Students are required to wear a face mask, hand sanitizer, and respect social distancing as a precaution against the coronavirus.

The CBSE Class 12 Business Studies Paper will be 90 minutes in length and have 40 mandatory questions. According to the BST Class 12 sample questionnaire available at, the questionnaire will consist of three sections A, B and C. Sections A and B will have 24 questions each and 20 questions from each section are mandatory. Section C will consist of 12 questions and attempting 10 questions will be compulsory.

CBSE Term 1 Exam Guidelines

  • Take a black or blue ballpoint pen to fill in the correct answers on the OMR sheet

  • The CBSE has prohibited the use of a pencil to fill in the OMR sheet will be considered an unfair practice and action will be taken accordingly.

  • Use a face mask, hand sanitizer, and follow COVID-19 guidelines mentioned on the CBSE admission card

  • Do not carry any type of electronic device in the exam room

  • On the OMR sheets, indicate your name, subject name, code, examination center, code among others. Refer to Term 1 Admission Card to verify relevant information such as exam codes and exam center code.

CBSE will share the Class 12 Business Studies Answer Key with schools once the exam is completed. Students can refer to the answer key to count their answers.
