JEE advanced 2023; revised syllabus for IIT entrance exam published


Joint Advanced Entrance Examination (JEE Advanced) will be organized according to the new curriculum from 2023. The curriculum was published two years in advance on the official website

JEE Advanced is the only entrance examination for admission to undergraduate courses in Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).
Through the JEE (Advanced), the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) offers admission to undergraduate courses leading to a bachelor’s degree, an integrated master’s degree or a dual bachelor’s-master’s degree in engineering, science or architecture.
The bachelor’s and master’s degrees are awarded to applicants enrolled in dual degree programs after successfully completing the course program.
Aspirants must first clear JEE Main and secure their place to attempt JEE Advanced. JEE Main is a selection test for the entrance examination to IIT and a qualifying examination for admission to NIT +, are only eligible to appear in JEE advanced if they meet certain additional conditions related to the academic qualification.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, requirements for university degrees have been relaxed this year.
