JEE (Joint entrance examination) formerly known as AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Exam) is one of the most prestigious exams in India for admission to undergraduate programs like Engineering (BE / B.Tech) and Architecture (B.Arch / B. Planning) and can also be considered as one of the toughest exams held all over India.

This review is now being conducted by the NTA (National testing agency) of the year 2019 which introduced online exams breaking the standard of offline documents and also came up with the idea of holding two exams per year to give students a fair chance to qualify for the exam.

Growing since the year 2021, the JEE exam is organized 4 times a year, which further increases a student’s chances of qualifying.

The JEE exam basically has two parts – JEE sector and JEE Advanced. The first acts as a prerequisite for the other.

Passing the JEE Mains gives you a chance to enter one of the 31 NIT in India and after qualifying for JEE Mains, you are allowed to participate in JEE Advanced, which is much more difficult and conceptual and gives you the opportunity to enter prestigious IITs and each year an average of 10,000,000 lakh students give JEE Hands with the same hope of entering a good university and being eligible to give JEE Advanced.

Now, in the JEE Mains exam, students are assigned 3 hours for the entire exam which includes three sections: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

With 25 questions from each topic and with limited time, you have to be quick and careful at the same time.

Each question is a multiple choice question with four options and only one correct option between them. For each correctly answered question, you get 4 points and for one question poorly attempted ¼ points is deducted.

So you have to be very careful when trying a question and know the correct concept behind it.

Now, for most of the students who take this exam, it’s all about the hard work and time you spend solving all of the questions. different chapters that you have read in two years, but at the same time, some students forget about the smart work and quiz analysis required to devote the necessary time to the right chapter and put the hard work in the right place.

You can always take help articles from the previous year to get an overview of the question model over the years and can know which part to give more time to and can also prepare you for any kind of last minute change in pattern.

As the one who will take the exam in 2022 should go all the way with JEE Main Questionnaire 2020 and article 2021 to get a feel for the recent pattern and division.

For all students, the hardest part is covering the portion for the full 2 years of study, and then remembering every concept and theory they learned during that time.

The best way to overcome this problem is to keep giving regular mock tests and take note problems that you could not solve in a particular test, then revise these particular problems and the concept behind them. This will not only help you clarify difficult concepts, but at the same time help you fill in the gaps that you may have left behind in the past.

Students can take series of mock tests from various coaching institutes which can help them gain confidence, self-assess their path and improve their knowledge at the same time.

Regularly giving mock tests helps you analyze which parts / chapters you need to prioritize and which questions need to be asked first.

In addition, it helps the student to get used to the approach taken during the 3 hours. And with each successful exam, students overcome the fear and nervousness of the exam. It also helps them manage the pressure during the primary exam.

Taking notes is one of the most important things you can do for yourself because no normal human can remember everything that has been taught to them over the past two years. So, Maintaining detailed grades for each subject and subject is very important for every student to give them enough chance to revise them when needed.

Last but not the least, one should try to devote as much time as possible to solving various types of problems, which will help him gain confidence, open his mind to different possibilities and learn new concepts.

To go further, another thing to take into account is the resources that you are going to be tracking and with the amount of content available on the internet these days, anyone can go wrong with the book to follow, the coaching to join and the good planning for the studies.

It only depends on a particular individual how they want to approach preparation and use the resources that they think are right for them. Remember to finish one thing before choosing another.

What matters is how many times you do a particular thing, not how many things you do at any given time.

The most basic thing a student needs to take care of is the time and work that they devote to their preparations. The more time you invest in a particular thing, the more it will learn.

The learning process should be continuous and consistent, which will help you deal with the pressure and be in tune with your lessons.

Students who invest more time and work more have a higher likelihood of success, keeping the above points in mind as well.

Finally, we must remember that “Rome was not built in a day” and during the whole process you have to be patient and not think about the results. It’s important to enjoy and embrace the process, which will keep you excited about new things and help you learn quickly.
