The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Commission (JKPSC) released the timetable for the prosecutor’s main examination on Monday, November 29. The exam will start on December 27, 2021 and conclude on January 6, 2022. Candidates can also download the detailed exam schedule from the official website website jkpsc.nic.in.
“The location (s) of the examination will be notified separately,” the notification reads.
In accordance with the notification, the examination will take place for 8 days for a duration of 3 hours (from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) each day. The first exam will be a qualifying test (English) which will take place on December 27th. The exams that will take place on December 28, 29 and 30 are Legal Writing and Advocacy, Constitutional Law and the 1973 Criminal Procedure Code.
On January 3, 4, 5 and 6, the Commission will conduct reviews of the Indian Penal Code of 1860, the Indian Evidence Act of 1872, Special Laws I and Special Laws II.
