Qualifying score and validity for TS TET 2022 certification

The qualifying score for the TS TET exam is 60%, which means that candidates who have passed the TS TET must score at least 60 points to pass the exam. The qualifying marks for candidates in the reserved category are less than 60%.

Candidates who qualify for this exam would be eligible to hold teaching positions in different public schools at the primary, middle and upper secondary levels. In accordance with the Right to Education Act, TFW certification is required for candidates applying for teaching jobs in public schools.

According to the new rules, the TS TET certificate is valid for life, which means that if a candidate has passed the TET exam, he can apply for teaching positions in various public schools during the current year and in the future. And they no longer need to sit for the TET exam in the future if they decide to apply for teaching jobs in the future instead of the current year.
