The MEN Schools Awards are back for 2022 – as we prepare to celebrate the incredible work being done in schools across Greater Manchester. The awards, organized by Manchester Evening News and with main sponsor An educationwill take place on July 8 – for more information, visit the official site.

The awards are an opportunity to recognize the achievements of area schools, staff and students and their dedication to improving education. The Covid-19 pandemic has presented significant challenges for schools as students and staff have had to adapt to remote learning, changing safety measures and the stress of a pandemic.

Nonetheless, the schools, students and teachers have shown exceptional resilience and a steadfast dedication to accomplish amazing things in the face of adversity. Whether it’s schools innovating in their approach to learning, teachers striving to inspire students, or students striving to reach greater heights, schools across the Greater Manchester have enjoyed a series of outstanding achievements.
