2021 IBPS Clerk Screening Day Instructions and COVID-19 Guidelines: The Banking Personnel Selection Institute (IBPS) will carry out the IBPS Clerk 2021 preliminary exam on December 12, 18 and 19, 2021. The recruitment of IBPS XI clerks will take place in two phases: the online preliminary exams and the online main exams. IBPS Clerk 2021 preliminaries: check important topics by section, weighting, exam template

ADMISSION CARD, PHOTOGRAPHS, IDENTITY VERIFICATION: IMPORTANT – ATTENTION

ADMISSION CARD: The preliminary examination appeal letter will not be picked up at the examination location. However, it will be duly authenticated / stamped by the examination center staff. The candidate will have to keep the letter of appeal (as well as the authenticated / stamped copy of the proof of identity) in a safe manner. However, the scribe form (if applicable) will be collected during the preliminary exam.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Applicants must bring an additional photograph (the same as the one pasted by the applicant in the call letter) as well as the call letter and other required documents in accordance with the information provided in the “Information Document” and the letter. call. Candidates arriving without a photo pasted on the appeal letter or without an additional photograph (identical to the one pasted on the appeal letter) will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

Applicants are advised to keep approximately 8 copies of the same photograph that is uploaded at the time of application, as they would be needed for the later stages of this selection process.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION: DOCUMENTS

In the examination room, the appeal letter accompanied by a photocopy of the candidate’s valid identity photo (bearing the exact same name as it appears on the appeal letter) such as PAN card / passport / permanent driving license / voter card / bank book with a photograph / proof of identity with photo issued by an official agent / a representative of the people with a photo / an identity card issued by a college / a recognized university / Aadhar / E-Aadhar card with photo / employee ID card / bar council Photo ID must be submitted to the supervisor for verification.

The candidate’s identity will be verified against their contact details on the appeal letter, in the attendance list and required documents submitted. If the candidate’s identity is in doubt, the candidate may not be allowed to sit the exam.

Ration card and learner’s driving license will not be accepted as valid proof of identity for this project.

In the case of applicants who have changed their name, they will only be allowed if they produce the original Gazette notification / original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.

2021 IBPS Clerk Screening Instructions and COVID-19 Guidelines

1. Different report times will be printed for a set of candidates. Candidates are required to present themselves at the place of the exam strictly according to the time slot mentioned on the admission card AND / OR informed by SMS / Mail on their mobile phone number / registered mail before the date of the exam . Applicants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the reporting time stated on the appeal letter to avoid congestion. Entrance to the exam location will be provided ONLY according to the time slot allocated to a candidate.

2. Mapping of the “candidate’s role number and laboratory number” will NOT be posted outside of the exam location, but the same will be reported to applicants individually at the time of the candidate entering the exam location and will display their admission card / letter of call and verification of his identity.

3. Applicants must strictly adhere to the list of permitted items in the examination room. All candidates must strictly follow the social distancing mode of conduct during the exam.

(vii) The appeal letter / admission card must be brought along with the photocopy of the stapled photo ID. An original identity document (identical to the photocopy) must also be brought for verification. The name on the ID and on the calling letter / admission card must be exactly the same.

(viii) In the case of candidate scribes – Scribe form duly completed and signed with a photograph affixed.

4. Applicants must not share any of their personal effects/ material with anyone

seven. If a candidate uses the scribe, the scribe should also bring his own gloves, N95 mask, disinfectant (50 ml) and water bottle. Wearing a mask is compulsory. Both the candidate and the scribe will be required to wear an N95 mask.

8. All applicants must have the Aarogya Setu app installed on his cell phone. Aarogya Setu status must show the candidate’s risk factor. A candidate will have to display this status to the security guard at the entrance to the exam location. In the event that a candidate does not have a smartphone, he must bring a signed declaration to this effect (declaration form provided in Annex-IV) and show it to the security guard at the entrance to the examination place. Applicants with moderate or high risk status on Aarogya Setu will not be allowed entry. In the event that any response to the statement suggests infection / symptoms of COVID 19, the candidate will not be permitted to enter the examination location. [This instruction is also applicable to the scribe brought by the candidate]

9. After checking Aarogya Setu’s status at the entrance door, candidates must turn off their mobile phones and drop them off at the designated place, to be collected at the exit.

ten. All candidates will be checked with Thermo guns at the temperature entry point. In the event that a person has a higher than normal temperature (> 99.14 ° F) or exhibits symptoms of the virus, they will not be allowed to enter the site.

11. Candidate registration will be done by capturing photos. Photographs will be taken while the candidate is standing. A seat number will be assigned to the candidate.

12. Raw sheet (s) kept at each candidate’s office will be used by the candidate. After completing the exam, candidates should drop off the raw sheets in the designated drop box as shown on the site.

13. Post-examination checks: At the end of a shift, applicants should move in an orderly and non-rushing manner as directed by site staff.
